An expert in project development, content packaging and platform-agnostic commercialisation strategies, she works across the full entertainment value chain — from structuring international co-productions and securing strategic financing to positioning projects for global buyers and developing long-term intellectual property. The 2025 Taiwan Film Festival concluded in New Delhi after a spectacular two-day showcase of contemporary Taiwanese cinema, marking a significant milestone in Taiwan-India cultural collaboration. Organized by the Ministry of Culture, Taiwan, in partnership with the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center (TECC) in India, the festival served as a powerful platform for cross-border cinematic storytelling.
Held on December 12-13 at PVR Priya Cinema, Vasant Vihar, the festival's crown jewel was the premiere of Demon Hunters—the first-ever Taiwan-India co-produced feature film. This groundbreaking supernatural action-comedy blends Taiwanese folklore with vibrant Indian narrative elements, including Bollywood-inspired musical sequences, creating a truly hybrid cinematic experience.
The first Taiwan-India co-production, directed by Mei-Juin Chen, featuring lead actor Arjan Bajwa and produced by Gayathiri Guliani and Cindy Shyu Theil.

India-Taiwan co-production “Demon Hunters” will premiere May 15 on JioHotstar and Amazon Prime Video across the Indian subcontinent, expanding the action-horror-comedy’s reach following its Taiwan theatrical run.
The film will launch simultaneously on both platforms with multilingual offerings. JioHotstar will carry Hindi, Tamil and Telugu-language versions. Prime Video will stream the film in the Mandarin, English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages.
